This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Tallylove LLC (trading as Ergonable, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit or buy from ergonable.store, why we collect it, and what choices you have. For the purpose of applicable data protection law, Tallylove LLC is the data controller of your personal information.
What we collect
- Order information — name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the items you bought. We need this to take payment, ship the parcel and contact you about the order.
- Payment information — card details are entered on and handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Anything you send us — the contents of emails or messages you write to our support address.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve the store — which products and pages people actually use.
- To send marketing email, only if you asked for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and we honour it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to run the shop:
- Shopify — hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
- Payment processors — to take payment and screen for fraud.
- Shipping and fulfilment partners — to pick, pack and deliver your parcel, and customs authorities where the law requires it.
- Email and analytics providers — to send order notifications and to understand aggregate traffic.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart working, remember your preferences and let us measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the store (the cart in particular) may stop working properly if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your information to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the shop. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you may request the categories of personal information we have collected and ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@ergonable.store. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we reply within 30 days.
Children
This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or the law. The version on this page is always the current one.
