Refund policy
We want you to actually use the thing. If it isn't working out, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a refund.
What we can take back
- The item is in re-sellable condition with all accessories and the manual.
- Your request reaches us within 30 days of delivery.
- You can show proof of purchase (an order number is enough).
How to start a return
Email admin@ergonable.store with your order number and a line about what went wrong. We reply with a return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — parcels without a reference are hard to match to an order.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement — that part is out of our hands.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including return postage. You don't pay for our mistake.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping. For faulty or incorrect items, we do.
Warranty
Every fan carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage and water damage are not covered.
