Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 24 hours of being placed. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and how quickly customs in your country clears the parcel. Busy periods can add a few days.

Cost

Shipping is free worldwide on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Any import duty or tax charged by your own country is not included in the price and is the recipient's responsibility. Rules differ a lot between countries, so check yours if you're unsure.

Wrong address

Tell us within 12 hours of ordering if the address is wrong and we'll fix it before dispatch. After that the parcel is already moving and we can't redirect it.

Nothing arrived?

If tracking has been quiet well past the 7–15 working days window, email admin@ergonable.store with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
