These terms cover your use of ergonable.store and anything you buy from it. The store is operated by Tallylove LLC (trading as Ergonable), 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, United States. By placing an order you accept what follows.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline it — for example if an item is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or we can't ship to your address. If we decline after payment, you get a full refund.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Import duties are not included.
Product information
We describe each fan as accurately as we can, including battery life, weight and what's in the box. Photography and screen calibration mean colours can look slightly different in person.
Using the products
Our fans are consumer products for personal cooling and comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Follow the manual, charge with the supplied cable, and keep the unit away from water.

The text, photographs and layout on this site belong to Tallylove LLC. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.
